Where do you Deliver/Ship to ?

We do ship worldwide, delivery and shipping will vary depending on where and what shipping method is selected. 

How long will my order take?

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected. 

Date of delivery of products depends on your location and the delivery service that you chose. If you are in the UAE, you may receive your orders within the day through our express delivery in Abu Dhabi only or 2 to 10 days for standard delivery.

If you are ordering outside the UAE, delivery dates will depend on you location. It takes 3 to 7 days for your items to come. A tracking number will be shared for you to check on the progress of your order.

If you are purchasing a pre-order, the number of business days expected may vary depending on certain factors.

Can I return and exchange products?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@proxycollectibles.com. Accepted returns will need to be sent to the address provided in the reply email upon acceptance of the return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I return custom or personalized items?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.

 Can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase order for the new item.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Kindly take note that transaction fees incurred are subject to be 5% deductible on preorders items.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return and you haven't received a refund, please contact us at contact@proxycollectibles.com.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours; refunds will be back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 15 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

How can I do a Pre-Order?

When you purchase a pre-order we will ask you to pay deposit or the full amount in order to secure your much desired collectibles. All available payment methods can be used to pay pre-orders.

This payment may be months in advance. Once the collectibles arrive in our store, we will inform you a week  in advance and process your order and charge your chosen payment method.

Why do I need to deposit to Pre-Order?

This is to ensure that you can save a slot for the collectible you are interested to purchase. You will need to deposit or pay the whole amount for it to be reserved. First come first served.

Why is Pre-Order is taking a while?

Pre-orders are items that are not yet released. Each pre-order item has an ETA  indicated in our website. This will allow you to know how long it will take for the product to be delivered.

Sometimes ETA can be days early or a few days late or it may take longer due to delays from distributors or unforeseen events out of our hands. We make sure that pre-ordered items are shipped out as soon as they get to our store.
